Complete our quote form with your site address, approximate linear footage, preferred fence design, number of gates, and whether an existing fence needs to be removed. We’ll prepare a quick planning estimate using current average material costs and labour assumptions, then call to arrange a site visit. A final price is confirmed only after the site visit and measurements.

We focus on three standardized wood privacy fence designs: the Signature Good Neighbour, which provides a balanced finished appearance on both sides, and the One-Sided Solid Privacy Fence, with the finished face installed in the direction confirmed in your quote. Both use the same core post, rail, gate, and hardware system.

Payment is made in three stages. After you approve the final written quote, a 10% deposit secures your project and reserves your installation date. Next, you pay the lumber yard directly for the materials listed in the purchase order, which are delivered to your property. Once the installation is complete, Après Fence Co. invoices you for the remaining installation balance. Any additional work must be approved by you in writing before it is added to the final invoice.

Our planning prices assume usual site conditions and include the agreed fence installation, up to two standard gates, and standard gate hardware. Existing fence tear-down and removal, removal of soil created by post drilling, unusual ground conditions, and other additional work are inspected and quoted separately.

The property owner is responsible for confirming the property line before we dig. We also confirm the proposed fence layout, site access, and completion of required utility locates. We may ask for a current survey or a signed property-line acknowledgment. Special site or municipal requirements are reviewed during the site visit.

When we prepare your final written quote, we’ll coordinate an available installation date with you based on Après Fence Co.’s schedule. Once you approve the quote and pay the 10% deposit, that date is reserved for your project. The material order and delivery will then be scheduled to align with the installation date, with materials typically delivered directly to your property shortly before work begins. Installation dates remain subject to weather, completed utility locates, site readiness, and unforeseen delays.
